tp99 operates under Philippine law and serves players located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
Each player is permitted one tp99 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

By accessing, registering on, or using the tp99 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tp99 ("tp99," "we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tp99 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all services offered through tp99, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, esports betting, Dragon Tiger, sports betting, and any other gaming or wagering products made available on the Platform from time to time.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on tp99. This requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. tp99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The tp99 Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. tp99 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active tp99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. tp99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.
2.4 Registration Information. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required by tp99 for identity verification (KYC). You agree to update your registration information promptly if it changes.
2.5 KYC Verification. tp99 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide any documentation requested by tp99 for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tp99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
3.2 You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. tp99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 You must notify tp99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. tp99 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
3.4 All transactions and gaming activity conducted through your tp99 account are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified tp99 of a security breach prior to such activity.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tp99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. tp99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on tp99 is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. tp99 aims to process approved withdrawals as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification procedures.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited. tp99 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on tp99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tp99 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by your payment provider.
4.6 Unclaimed Balances. tp99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or to close accounts with zero balances that have been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with applicable regulations and tp99's internal policies as communicated to players.
5.1 tp99 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. tp99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds that have been awarded in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
5.4 Abuse of Promotions. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the terms of any tp99 promotion — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or the use of automated tools — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
6.1 All games available on the tp99 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 tp99 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for applicable games and works exclusively with game providers whose products have been independently audited for fairness and return-to-player (RTP) accuracy.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, tp99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. tp99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 tp99 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that was placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game configurations, or software bugs.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tp99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
8.1 All content on the tp99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of tp99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of tp99.
8.3 The tp99 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tp99. You may not use any tp99 trademark without our prior written permission.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tp99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 tp99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tp99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 tp99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tp99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 tp99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
10.2 If you believe that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or to contact our support team for assistance.
10.3 tp99 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and any funds held in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.

11.1 tp99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if tp99 reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, tp99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus funds, if such termination results from a breach of these Terms by you.
11.3 You may close your tp99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and withdrawal processing procedures.
11.4 tp99 may also suspend or close accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to prior notice being sent to your registered contact details.
12.1 tp99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 tp99 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued thereunder.
12.3 tp99 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services you have requested, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the tp99 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation.
13.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, tp99 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of tp99's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
14.1 tp99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or mobile number, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
14.2 Your continued use of the tp99 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
14.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. tp99 recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform.
